Makanya kami dari tim hukum yang diperlukan tidak ada iktikad baik dari EO karena dari kesepakatan jam WIB berangkat tapi EO baru datang jam WIB lewat maka kami menganggap EO wanprestasi," kata Samsudin. "Tadi kami sudah putuskan akan menempuh upaya hukum melaporkan pidana karena bagaimanapun EO itu telah melakukan penipuan dan penggelapan menurut kami. Kedua juga kita akan menggugat EO itu secara perdata agar kerugian yang dialami wali murid dan murid itu bisa dikembalikan," jelas dia.
